Everyone is sharing the recent Harvard population study showing that 377,000 people are “missing” Gaza and presumed killed in Israel’s genocide. While staggering, that number is still an underestimation because it relies solely on the population registry prior to October and does not take into account the population born in the past two years, which would constitute an approximate additional 100,000 people.

The only crime I can think of that Israel hasn’t committed (yet) is using nuclear weapons (yes, they are the actual nuclear threat).

But we’re told this is all self-defense and Israel is not a threat to global security or a nuclear threat because, actually, we’re told Israel doesn’t even have the nuclear arsenal everyone knows it has.

It is so shockingly insane if you just take one moment to really think about it.

My main takeaway from the X debate hosted by Mario Nawfal between myself and former IDF spokesperson Jonathan Conricus is that Israel is a rogue nation that operates in accordance to its own rules and priorities, in total contravention of international law.

Terms like international law are meaningless to Israel, as are institutions like the United Nations and foundational international agreements like the Nuclear Nonproliferation Treaty.

Israel makes no apology for its stance.

In short, the State of Israel, by the words of its former spokesperson, operates completely and totally outside the framework of global civil society.

It is an outlaw nation.

It is by its very existence a threat to international peace and security.

And should be treated as such.

3b. A death sentence disguised as help

The last time I went, I was in this very place, in the exact same situation.

We were all under the threat of death at any moment. We lay flat on the sand, the sun beating down on us, while fire rained above our heads from every direction. We didn’t know where it was coming from, or where to run.

Next to me stood a young man—he hesitated, clearly wanting to step back. But the occupation forces had other plans. They executed him in cold blood, and wounded two others—one in his hand, the other in his leg.

In that moment, we all realized—we wouldn’t make it out alive. We knew these were likely the final moments of our lives. We couldn’t save the wounded because the danger was too overwhelming. Death surrounded us from all sides.

After countless desperate attempts, we somehow managed to retreat. We survived—but only by a miracle.

Since that day, I made a vow to myself: I would rather die from hunger and pain—me and my family—than go back to what they call “aid.” It has become a trap, a death sentence disguised as help.

But sadly, the hunger is crushing. People here still go… and what hurts the most is that every moment now, someone else falls—martyred—one after the other.
It’s as if we’re walking willingly toward death, and there’s no escape.😭💔

‼️A Palestinian father of four went to get food for his family and returned bed-ridden. Alaa Al-Sawalhi was critically injured by shrapnel while heading to collect aid from the so-called Gaza Humanitarian Foundation, an Israeli military-run facade posing as an aid distribution organization that operates as a system of control and degradation.

A piece of shrapnel shattered his jaw after striking his neck, and another lodged in his back. Gaza’s hospitals lack the equipment to perform the surgery he urgently needs. Doctors have given him only 20 days before his jaw fuses shut permanently. What is marketed as humanitarian aid has become a calculated weapon of dominance.

Since these American-Israeli aid centers began operating on May 27, 2025, the Government Media Office in Gaza reports 516 martyrs, 3,799 wounded, and 39 missing, all starving Palestinian civilians attacked while trying to obtain food at these death traps.

Gaza authorities have confirmed that oxycodone-class opioid pills were found inside U.S.-branded flour sacks airdropped over the besieged strip. Some pills were embedded whole, others ground into the flour itself, making detection nearly impossible and ingestion inevitable. The implications are devastating: a chemical soft-kill operation masked as famine relief.

This is pharmacological sabotage by the same empire that once dropped Agent Orange over jungles and cocaine into Black neighborhoods, now dropping synthetic dependency into starving Palestinian families.
